Kaleidoscope’s founder started the company nearly 30 years ago in Shifnal with one aim, to ensure that children were given the very best care whilst parents went to work. The company mission statement “Creating ever changing patterns of play and learning through discovery, adventure, awe and wonder, laughter and friendships” was as important then as it is today.

With 2 registered settings in Shifnal offering 3 very different services, Kaleidoscope ensures parents have a choice of services depending on their family needs and children’s ages. Caring for children from 9 months to 11 years across our settings ensures that families have continuity of care from one company, until their children start secondary school.

The company has changed and grown from its early days, evolving to meet the needs of a growing town and changing lifestyles.

Our company commitment to expand, invest and dedicate ourselves to providing childcare within our community demonstrates our love for Shifnal. We are not a multi-national organisation and have not branded our nurseries. Our nurseries are as individual and unique as the children who attend them.
