"As working parents, it was really important to us to find a trusted provider for our children. We have been using Kaleidoscope for 4 years, with both children having attended the nursery, pre-school and after-school settings. We feel really fortunate to have a provider on the St. Andrews school grounds which has made the transition to school seamless. Our children both love attending Kaleidoscope, and the staff have always been approachable and friendly and popular names in our household when the children talk about their days & activities. "Both of our children attend Kaleidoscope, one in nursery and the other making use of wrap around care from school. They both really enjoy their time which is full of games, crafts and play. Our youngest has settled in so well, he runs in each day excited to spend time with his key workers and friends. The staff are so attentive and really get to know each child and what they enjoy taking part in. They tailor activities for the children based on their preference and learning needs, I also love the amount of outdoor exploring they get to do"

"Both our boys went to Kaleidoscope nursery and pre school 3 days a week and they loved every minute of it. The team in the nursery are absolutely great; they cared for the children as if they were their own, and the children loved spending time with them. Leaving children at nursery can be nerve –wracking but both children settled in so well, and I could tell they genuinely enjoyed each day, and the activities they did. The boys always came out of nursery/ pre school with a smile on their face, and I’d quite often have to wait whilst they finished off an activity they were doing. (That’s always a good sign for me!). The boys formed some great friendships in the nursery and have continued these as they started school. They still see the team around the school site and have fond memories of their time there, and it definitely helped with their transition from preschool to school. The team at Kaleidoscope were always available to have a quick chat to about any concerns at drop off or pick up, and always willing to help where ever they can. Both boys now attend ‘after school club’ which is very convenient given its on the same site as the school and they both enjoy their time there (especially when the weather is good and they get to spend time playing football or various games, the After school club team set up). My youngest especially likes Beth’s special pasta dish!"

Continuity Of Care

Childcare provided by familiar adults for children who have attended nursery with us. This provides children with a sense of security when they start big school. Children gain a wider sense of community when cared for in a familiar environment from the ages of 2-11

Wide Range of Indoor and Outdoor Activities

Enthusiastic staff, keeping things fun and light-hearted. From simply having fun with friends to a range of sports and outdoor games. Arts and crafts, science, gaming and classic games, seasonal themed activities, celebrations all mixed in with laughter and friendships
